Elke Wunderlich,ACC is the Founder and Chief Executive of TopView Leadership, an international Personal and Professional Development Company.
Ms. Wunderlich is a future oriented, accomplished international business executive with more than 30 years of leadership and management experience in the United States and Europe. Consistently at the leading edge of her profession, she offers a solid history of facilitating significant advancement in leadership competency and organizational change, and driving substantial improvements in client productivity, profitability, and efficiency. These qualities combined with continuous learning enable this energetic, passionate and insightful professional coach to consistently deliver outstanding value for her clients.
Working with Ms. Wunderlich, executives and senior leaders in the Private- and Public Sector gain breakthrough insights, take focused actions, and create successful, meaningful, and sustainable personal and professional environments. She has advised senior executives and their teams in the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Poland and Brazil and led successful organizational change initiatives in multi-cultural business environments. Having held numerous demanding management and senior leadership positions, she possesses a profound understanding of the pressures senior leaders face in today’s challenging, ever changing global environment.
Ms. Wunderlich is a graduate of the Newfield Network’s Coaching for Professional and Personal Mastery Program and Georgetown University’s Organizational Development and Change Management Executive Program.
She is a Associate Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation, a member of the International Association of Coaching, the American Society for Learning and Development, the Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce, the Hispano Chamber of Commerce de Las Cruces, and the founder of the Business Women Roundtable. Ms. Wunderlich is a highly regarded instructor for the New Mexico Certified Public Manager Program at New Mexico State University.
In addition to her work as a coach, mentor, and consultant, she maintains an active role in her community. She serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations, and is a board member of the Las Cruces Mesilla Valley Rotary Club. She considers herself a world citizen, and is passionate about staying connected with her extended family, friends and business networks in various parts of the world. She loves the performing- and visual arts, nature, travel, cooking up a storm, and learning.
